Before you book
By the visit and the work in it, not per item. That's why sending the full list up front pays off — four small jobs in one trip cost far less than four separate calls.
Standard hardware like anchors, screws, and brackets comes with us. Anything specific to your project — a TV mount, a particular fixture, the furniture itself — you provide, or tell us and we'll advise what to get.
Drywall with studs, concrete, and brick are all fine. Tell us the wall type and TV size when you book so the right mount and anchors are on the van.
Sticking doors, loose handles and railings, small drywall patches, and similar fixes. Work that requires a licensed trade — electrical rewiring, plumbing behind the wall, structural changes — is outside this service, and we'll say so upfront.
Yes, as long as it comes with its instructions and parts. If something is missing from the box, we'll tell you before starting rather than improvising a fix that fails later.
Evenings and weekends are available by appointment. Booking a couple of days ahead gets you the time slot you actually want.
